Turbulence Copper Pin

This gorgeous pin is hand-crafted out of pure vintage copper wire. Used several different gemstones, including black Onix, Peridot, and Jasper in this design. Measures 2 1/2 x 1 1/2'' L. Liver of Sulfur is used to create an antique finish. This brooch is protected with a thin layer of ProtectaClear.

Peridot is a gem that was formed within the magma under the earth, millions of years ago. Due to its unique way of forming, the gem gets buried deep underground. To find large deposits then, peridot is mined in areas where there are––or historically were––volcanoes. This beautiful green gem is also known to be the birthstone of those born in August.
