Hand-crafted from vintage copper wire, with a small coiled wrap to create a long dangle. Embellished with ptehnite and green glass bead. Measures 2 1/2'' long. French wires. Liver of Sulfur is used to create an antique finish. The earrings are protected with ProtectaClear to prevent tarnishing.

Prehnite, also referred to as a "stone of prophecy", has long been cherished and used by the indigenous peoples of South Africa. The stone was believed to promote communication with other planes of existence. Prehnite forms within the veins and cavities of volcanic rock, most commonly found in South Africa, Australia, and Canada. Although a gemstone with no near relatives, it is commonly mistaken for jade, serpentine, as well as other stones.
